Do you translate Punjabi and Hindi to English?
Yes. Hindi, Punjabi, Spanish, German, and Arabic to English are our most common language pairs. We can also translate in the reverse direction depending on the certifying translator's qualifications. Call us to confirm your language combination.
Can I use this translation for the government or immigration?
Yes. Our translators are certified by the Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario (ATIO), which is the recognized standard for all official Canadian government submissions, including IRCC, school boards, and courts.
Do I need to come in person?
No. The entire process is handled online. You email us a scanned copy of your document, pay by e-transfer, and we deliver the certified hard copy directly to your home address. You never need to visit an office.
How do I pay?
We accept payment by e-transfer only. Once you agree to proceed, we'll send you our email address via text message. Your 48-hour turnaround begins as soon as your e-transfer is received.
Does my document need to be in colour?
No. A clear black and white scan is perfectly fine. You can even scan it using your phone. The most important thing is that all the text is legible.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Yes. Because your translation is an official legal document, someone must be present at your address to receive the hard copy. We'll coordinate the delivery time with you in advance.
